Job profile:
- Dasboards & Reporting;
- Configuration, accounts, contacts, tasks, notes;

- Documentation – Updating existent technical documentation;
- Case Management reviews – Making sure functional enhancements are fully specified before the review of functionality for each release;
- First line support for specific user groups i.e. marketing, services or other;
- Technical audits on user profiles, hierarchy;
- Functionality audits. Conducting functionality audit workshop with user groups to ensure the functionality that exists is stil working correctly. And if not creating logging bugs to be addressed;
- Meeting with different user groups to document their requirements
- Understanding at a high level of different departaments business needs from financne to sales and marketing.
