Installing PC’s and Servers at the branches;
Providing support for the resolution of all malfunctions of equipment used
directly by the users;
Handling complains and explaining
technical issues to users who are not technical oriented;
Deploying new applications that must be installed on the user PC’s;
Operating in a helpdesk environment which aims at assisting the users in the use
and utilization of applications.
For one of our clients, subsidiary of one of the largest international banking networks headquartered in Greece, we are looking for an Desktop Support Engineer.
University degree - preferably in IT;
Computer literacy is mandatory;
Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating System;
Very good understanding of MS Office Environment;
Fluency in English;
Good analytical skills.
