He or she will be expected to perform following duties:



Process Design Packages ¿ Structures/Roadworks Drawings, Calculations, and Geotechnical Design Basis Reports and Geotechnical Design Notes (GDBR¿s/GDN¿s):
Act as point of contact for receipt of review packages; Confirm package completeness and compliance of packages against project procedures/acceptance criteria; Record and report delivery, rejection and acceptance of packages; Forward accepted packages to Project Document Control for distribution.
In support of the design schedule, assist and support discipline engineers with the timely review of IFR packages; Assist with expediting the flow of comments through to issuing ¿Agreed Comments¿, on behalf of discipline engineers, to Project Document Control; Review that agreed comments are incorporated into the drawings/calculations where applicable, liaising with discipline engineers as necessary.
Change Documents - Review that the Design Consultant¿s responses are completed in accordance with the project procedures and proforma requirements prior to assisting the discipline engineers with reviewing acceptability.
Planning and Scheduling
* Maintain a record of design packages and their progress through the engineering design review team.
* Assist with reviewing the Design Consultant¿s design production schedule and expedite the design work.
Internal Communications
Project Document Control: Liaise with PDCC, responding to queries and providing clarifications, in order to ensure the timely issue of documents.
