RESPONSABILITATI

• Planning and executing both short and long term revenue and deriving strategies of the organization
• Managing different aspects of the commercial field of the organization
• Providing the company with the driving force through successful handling of both short and long-term commercial ventures
• Managing sales team and direct sales department, to ensure desired strategies are successfully accomplished
• Creating partnership with the senior level sales executive in order to identify and pursue different scopes of business development
• Coordinating with the sales, marketing and executive team of the organization in order for it to function smoothly
• Ensuring that the company adheres to the state regulated sales guidelines


CERINTE

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with international exposure
• Experience in building an organization from the ground up
• Able to establish and maintain effective partnerships and working relations
• Proven networking, team-building, organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of English is a must, Russian and Serbian will be considered as an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
