- Responsible for the Legal Recovery Procedures from companies.
- Assessment and legal solutions deployment for commercial debt collection cases including: insolvency, summoning and common legal procedures; legal procedures related to cheques and promissory notes.
- Handling Enforcement Procedures.
- Organizes, plans, coordinates and controls the recovery cases.
- Use of creative strategies, keeping an eye on efficiency and integrity.
- Ensure a high collection success rate of the portfolio.
- Entering all claims in Coface Romania Databases.
- Periodic report to the Manager / Customers by giving status reports.
Member of Bucharest Bar
Minimum professional background as definitive lawyer- 2 years.
Foreign languages compulsory - English;
Excellent PC skills = MSOffice (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
