We are looking for outgoing individuals with a passion for sales to join our team as a DealFever.ro Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will build partnerships with local businesses including spas, restaurants, retailers, and beauty salons, and negotiate amazing offers on behalf of our subscribers. You must be a self-motivated, energetic, outgoing sales professional. Experience with online sales, advertising, and social media are a plus, but the drive to develop in these areas is a must.
We are headquartered in Bucharest and are currently recruiting sales talent who want to join the exciting, fast-paced growth of social commerce.
General Responsibilities
Prospect, negotiate and close deals for our subscribers
Identify businesses who can benefit from our service and craft compelling offers based on an individual business’s products and services
Generate leads through cold-calling, emailing, and networking
Present DealFever.ro to business owners and decision-makers as a way of acquiring new customers
Communicate the deal specifications to our operations team and coordinate with the business partner through the implementation of the deal
Manage relationships with established clients
Meet individual monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
Requirements
Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience is required
Experience with in-person sales
Experience lead prospecting and cold-calling for new clients
Communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines and sales goals
