RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Provides technical support for diagnose and remedy faults on commercial vehicles both remote and "on site" depending on the situation
• Stay in touch with GSP technical services for dealing with problematic situations
• Identify and informs about the product technical issues in market
• Provides support to internal departments where appropriate (warranty, sales departments)
• Receives and ensures distribution of STIN documents
• Translates work instructions for KDM & Recalls
CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Our Client, Mercedes-Benz Romania, is currently looking for a Dealer Technical Support LKW for their After Sales Services Department.
The ideal candidate possesses high technical abilities, as well as several key competences.
Mandatory:
• 5 years experience in workshop activity within automotive field
• College or University studies - Technical profile
• PC skills ( MS Office; Lotus) – advanced level
• English – advanced level
• Driving license
Nice to have:
• German – medium level
• Previous experience in commercial vehicle workshop
