As an integral part of Technology Solutions Group Customer Operations, Deal Specialist is responsible for engagement financial information, administrative services and analysis for customer projects at the engagement and account level within HP Services.
Through understanding of the HP project business provide financial and administrative support to HP Managed Services management, Project Managers and other customers as requested. Serve as a focal point within the organization to track the details of these projects, following HP policies and processes.
-Month end process
-Account reconciliation
-Sales order booking
-Invoicing
-Forecasting, reporting – data preparation
-Participation in project status meetings (teleconferences)
-Check and validate labor entries that have been posted to the project
-Work together with collection to make sure there are no payment issues with the customer
-Maintain project documentation in accordance to HP policies
Minimum requirements:
-A young graduate (accounting or finance or other ecnomical background)
-Total professional experience of at least 1 year
-Customer oriented with demonstrated written and spoken English skills
-Quality and details oriented with high analytical skills
-Computer literate — Microsoft Package (particularly Excel)
-Fast learner, very well organized person, able to meet strict deadlines.
-A person interested in back office work
Desirable requirements:
-Experience in SAP — could represent an asset
-Good written and oral skills in a second language: French, Italian, German or Spanish
