Assisting in finding, negotiating and funding new deals;
Drafting the business plans, budgets, financial projections, timelines for the projects under management;
Monitoring the relevant information sources (media, public authorities, banks, agents, contacts, etc.);
Coordinating project-related data collection;
Keeping contact with the relevant representatives of banks, real estate agents, land/buildings/companies owners;
Developing and maintaining the filing system for tracking activity;
Coordinating preparation of the documentations required to secure financing/joint ventures, and documentations for participation in bids and negotiations;
Handing over newly acquired projects to the development team;
Assimilating the company organization, the projects underway and those to come, to build viable projects compatible with the organization;
Acquiring and applying knowledge on the real estate market and on structured financing;
Assisting the whole development team for projects underway;
Assisting the whole fund team for projects underway;
To manage project originations, pre-development and project sales, for the deals approved and financed by European Future Group and affiliates, efficiently and effectively.
