RESPONSABILITATI

The Customer Database Specialist is responsible for the administration of the customer database and the quality of the data where a tool is in place for this purpose. Receives requests for customer creation and modifications and process them following the standards, processes, priorities defined for the customer data administration and the specific considerations for the EMEA countries. Maintains HP´s high quality standards (data accuracy, timing, performance, among others). Complies with HP business conduct and controls, policies, and guidelines. Manages appropriated communication with the customers and contributes to generate a high level of customer satisfaction. Escalates issues to team leader in order to identify solutions and define actions plans.

Main tasks:
Organizes daily activities based on number of requests assigned and priorities Receives and verify the requests following the standard process and policies defined as:
-Customer duplication verification
-Data quality (company name and VAT verification)
-Credit and collection data and verification process
- Impact on current HP platforms
-Country standards and validatio
-Establish a professional communication with the requestors/customers by email, telephone, other.


CERINTE

Our perfect candidate has:
-Customer oriented with demonstrated written and spoken English skills. A second European language is a plus
-Quality and details oriented with high analytical skills
- A computer literate ¿ Microsoft Package (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer)
-Fast learner, very well organized person, able to meet strict deadlines
-Good communication skills. Team player
