Be responsible for the process of data and list acquisition, storage and manipulation of data, and supplying the most profitable names for Marketing campaigns.
Continually research and develop ways to improve profitability through the segmentation and targeting of data.
Ensure Database Management contributes to corporate growth initiatives.
Plan and manage all production work to ensure all key dates are met
Undertake regression based data modeling to enhance campaign profitability
Provide list inventories and other list reporting functions
Manage and perform the Name Selection process, including writing the selection programs and delivery of the output to production departments and external companies.
Plan, report and document analysis for selections
Manage the Credit Screens for all DM activity.
Clean and de-duplicate files of incoming addresses against the in-house database. Requires a sound understanding of Name and Address structures in each of the markets.
Work closely with Marketing Product Groups to provide Statistics, Database Analysis, and List Management functions to support Direct Marketing activity.
Work closely with Operations and IT to manage processing of lists and output of campaign selections.
Reports to the Marketing Director.

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent command of English language.
A good degree in a subject with a high statistical content.
At least 3 years experience working in a job that involves a high level of analysis and data interpretation.
A good understanding of IT, Management Information Systems, and statistical packages.
