Provide consulting delivery services both as an individual and as a team member.
Provide Oracle customers with assistance on:
Database Installs and Upgrades
Database Configuration Health-check
Database Performance Tuning
Architectural Planning
Assist Oracle customers in solving technical problems related to Oracle Database
Operating within Oracle business proceses and procedures
The ideal candidates:
should have a degree in Computer Science or related area
should have minimum 3 years of experience in installing, managing and tuning the Oracle systems
should have good knowledge of UNIX, Linux and/or Windows
In depth knowledge of Oracle Database Server and related products (Oracle DataGuard, Real Application Clusters, Enterprise Manager etc)
Able to define technical architecture and hardware requirements
Able to define data administrative strategies (Backup & Recovery, Partitioning, Disaster Recovery etc)
