- Provide administration, backup and recovery strategy for common applications e.g. Aderant (Billing) and Exact (HR) [training provided]
- Provide administration of correspondent databases for the above-mentioned applications (MS SQL Server)
- Support and maintain configuration management for Billing, HR and other applications
- Monitor and proactively support capacity planning and analysis
- Independently identifies and addresses documentation needs.
- Provide training for new joiners or to existing staff on new applications
- Develop system administration standards and procedures to maintain consistent practices
- Prepares charts, tables and diagrams in analyzing problems while preparing program test cases, test and document defects.
- Solid experience with MS SQL Server (DBA), T-SQL
- Strong Microsoft background (Windows 2003 Server administration would be a plus)
- Experience in managing support processes and resolving complex functional cases, with a strong customer focus.
- Basic knowledge of economic concepts, billing processes (advantage)
- Fluent in English
- Communicative, customer - oriented.
