Reporting to IT Manager successful candidate will provide support for all Delamode applications assigned to him/her and will maintain the applications acceptance documentation, which includes: Operator’s Manual, backup and restore procedures, support information and application specific documentation
More specifically he/she will:
• Gather users requirements, analyze, design the solution and implement the changes in the system
• Creating and implementing SQL back up and recovery strategy
• SQL tuning for applications development
• Develop technical documents for support processes
• Investigate conflicts caused by new applications, hardware changes, configuration changes
• Ensures client/user technical support
• Design, build and deploy software solutions, ensuring business requirements are me
• University degree preferably informatics or polytechnic
• 3-4 years experience in MSSQL database programming and administering
• Crystal Reports
• Experience on Custom Made Applications Development
• Good understanding of relational database concepts
• Experience in designing data models, maintaining database security, database tuning, replication
• Good understanding of Windows Operating Systems
• Advanced English
