RESPONSABILITATI

The purpose of this temporary role is to support the execution of marketing campaigns through the day-to-day maintenance of data quality and assistance with targeting marketing through profiling potential influencers or decision makers. The role holder will support both the Marketing Operations Manager and Marketing Manager with tasks from profiling C-Level / directors individuals to collecting data on companies in our database.

Responsibilities:
• Manage instances of ‘hard bounces’ from E-marketing campaigns – ensuring we maintain accuracy and retain relevant data as appropriate
• Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
• Analyse data collected through various research methodologies to deliver insights that answer questions regarding both global travel trends and target market opportunities to assist in making good marketing and product development decisions.
• Collect information on specific individuals from their interest to their business priorities, analyse this data and provide recommendations on targeting the respective executives.
• Confirm data integrity and perform analysis to identify trends.
• Continuously monitor quality levels, and manage quality problems.

Requirements:
• Highly organised and self-motivated;
• Attention to detail required;
• Knowledge and understanding of data / data management;
• Good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, MS Project etc.);
• Desired experience in using Salesforce and understanding of database/CRM;
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential;
• Highly motivated and results oriented with a can-do entrepreneurial spirit;
;• Solid problem solving and consultative skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team with minimum supervision.
