Managing a standalone team which configures and customizes Telmap's navigator application for various device types and customers. The role requires excellent coordination & administration skills, ability to monitor and report on-going process and task statuses with strong emphasis on meeting committed delivery dates and constant awareness of customers needs. Persons with previous experience in managing customer support teams in the high tech domain will find this roles especially suitable.
Professional Requirements
- Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor multiple tasks, identify process problems and provide appropriate solutions while meeting tight schedules.
- Ability to follow, define and improve working procedures and tools.
- Ability to work with various interfaces in the company (project managers, Team leaders, R&D)
- Good English, both writing and speaking-must
- Experience in managing or working as part of customer support teams, especially in the telecom domain - major advantage
- Proven managerial experience a major advantage
- Knowledge and experience in QA methodology - major advantage
- Experience with Cellular network and platform major advantage
- Experience in working in a global company - major advantage
