Is responsible for the overall end user satisfaction in the allocated accounts.
Responsibilities will include to:
- Deliver and organize workflow based training sessions to customers and run campaigns according to regional Reuters Training strategy;
- Co-operate closely with other departments (e.g. Support, Sales Specialists, DDG) to enable a "joined-up" service experience and the right level of contact for each end user;
- Plan future activities based on CRM data analysis and create a "Training Account Plan" in conjunction with the Account Manager; Initiate and organize events at customer sites;
- Keep up to date with development of financial markets and Reuters product offering.
- Worked in the financial market as Broker, Equity Sales, Trader, as assistant to an Analyst, Portfolio Manager, in a back office, for a Market Data provider, as adviser or trainer;
- Strong financial markets knowledge;
- Excellent presentation & personal skills;
- Solid English knowledge;
