Provide customer support mainly by email and chat to the company's business customers, i.e. :
*Manage incoming requests (e-mail and chat)
*Identify and understand customers' needs, while keeping a high CSAT score
*Build sustainable relationship with customers and translators
*Provide accurate information according to internal procedures
*Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up on customer satisfaction
Take the extra mile to engage customers, give the WOW experience
*English fluency* - required
*Basic technological knowledge* (Office, Internet etc.)
*Command of other languages* - an advantage
*Customer support experience* - an advantage
