RESPONSABILITATI

You will be responsible for the Customer Support, account performance and sales monitoring for one of these accounts and you will closely work with the Technical Department and the Shipping Department on the various issues that impact the management of your account.


CERINTE

The ideal candidate would be smart, curious, eager to learn, focused, dedicated and open-minded.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written is absolutely required. Other languages are a definite plus, especially German, Japanese and French.
You need a basic level of PC, internet skills and have a good capacity to learn. Any technical abilities are a plus but you will receive extensive training.
An interest in books is appreciated.

You need to be able to focus for sustained periods of time and pay attention to a lot of details.
Be flexible, adaptable to a dynamic environment, responsible, able to work in a proactive manner, able to make fast, non-assisted decisions, highly communicative, organized, able to organize, monitor and follow-up on projects.
Be open to growing into new responsibilities and learning new things.
