You will:
- Answer to e-mail inquiries from panel members who are based in North America;
- Identify issues, problems and conflicts affecting the respondents to our surveys;
- Recommend courses of action to resolve recurring complaints;
- Work with other departments in ensuring that complaints are solved in a satisfactory manner;
- Work towards ensuring client satisfaction;
- Update the database with the respondents’ personal details;
- Draft monthly reports on your activity.
The work schedule is from 4pm to 1am (with an hour break).
