RESPONSABILITATI

The aim of the EMEA Customer Success Program is to improve our customers¿ success as a direct consequence of their use of our products and services.Customer Success is a x-LoB effort and is a key driver for EMEA Vision 2010.

The EE&CIS Customer Success Leader is responsible for the coordination and implementation of Customer Success related programs in all countries in the EE&CIS region.
He/she is responsible for the day-to-day management of the programs and coordinates activities involving various people in the country organisations. Examples of programs the Customer Success Leader is responsible for include:

¿ Executive customer satisfaction survey
¿ Sponsorship program
¿ Customer Data Quality
¿ Implementation Management Process (IMP)

In order to effectively drive these programs, the Customer Success Leader will have frequent contact with various parties at EMEA, regional and country level. The EE&CIS Customer Success Leader reports into the Business Operations Director for EE&CIS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Roll-out customer programs defined through the EMEA Customer Success team as well as regionally defined programs
Coordinate and manage Customer Success related activities in the EE&CIS region
Drive, implement and communicate Customer Success processes and their touch points with other relevant business processes
Create and lead a x-country, x-LoB virtual Customer Success community
Be an active member of the EMEA Customer Success community
Represent the EE&CIS region in all Customer Success related matters
Facilitate the sharing of x-country and x-LoB Customer Success initiatives
Track and report on Customer Success activities across EE&CIS
Actively promote Customer Success in the EE&CIS region


CERINTE

Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer facing role
Dedication to the success of our customers
Proven project/program management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attention for detail
Good understanding of the Oracle organisation and processes
Demonstrated success in meeting commitments at a high level of professionalism and with absolute timeliness
Demonstrated ability to influence people and align remote teams to consistent goals and objectives
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
Ability to network effectively across LoBs
Ability to deal with potentially confrontational situations with patience, diplomacy and tact, and to drive them to resolution
Good leadership skills
Fluency in English, working knowledge of other languages an asset
