Answering telephone calls and dealing with them efficiently to ensure a positive experience for our customers
Providing hardware and software telephone support
Obtaining accurate customer details and amending call-handling system when applicable
Escalating calls that cannot be resolved locally
Positively managing internal relationships
Able to achieve set goals
Previous experience on a similar position is an advantage
Proficiency in one of the following languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch or Nordic + working level of English
Willingness to develop and make use of your language skills
Preparedness to learn new things
Very good communication skills
Positive attitude
