Effectively handles calls/queries from Distributors on all aspect of the business, i.e. Marketing Plan, Distributor Rules and Regulations, product information, qualification requirements, royalties and bonuses, volume points, sales events, etc.
- To liaise closely with other departments to ensure that accurate information is given to the Distributor from Moldova and Romania within the least amount of time. It is also necessary for Representatives to work as required at sales Events and Meetings.
- To add value by supporting, recognizing and respecting Distributors at all times in their aims and business efforts. Must at all times conduct yourself as an ambassador for the Company, its products and services.
- Provides first class customer services by dealing promptly and professionaly in all telephone, written and face communication. Ensures that an outstanding telephone service is given and that it reflects the Distributor relations mission statement at all times.
- Handless accurately and time all administration, associated with the following: Supervisor Application, TCF, Matching Volume, Buy-Backs, Refunds, Transfers, Add to Spouse, Resignations, Awards, Self-Invoicing, change to Distributor records e.g name, address, country etc. Handles fax, post correspondence.
- Carries and translations, proof reading, special projects accurately and within the given timeframe.
- Primary goal is to process the Company Distributor documents on a timely and accurate basis. Distributor documents are accepted via a various methods i.e.: originals via regular mail, email, fax, and eventually. All data/information entering to the system are accurate, proper and checked based on the required documents.
- To follow the escalation and procedure guidelines for all instances of Distributor contact where a complaint occurs or where you lack of knowledge or information to resolve a point of contact.
- To handle effectively queries from Distributors on all aspects of the business, i.e. Marketing Plan, product information, qualifiaction requirements, sales events, Company ethical Rules and Regulations.
- minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- good operativity in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- advance level of Romanian, Russian and English languages
- Russian language is a must
