We are searching for: Customer Service Operator
What are you going to do?
You will:
• Sell Danone products, in order to reach objectives and individual sales targets for the assigned clients;
• Establish the orders by phone with the customer service and transmit them to the main warehouse for delivery, in due time;
• Solve all the phone requests and monitor them into our ERP;
• Gather and report continuously, relevant information regarding the customer, recommend solutions for optimizations;
• Maintain and develop the specific reports for the call centre activity.
