The Order Management Staff manager, located in Bucharest, is reporting directly to EMEA Supply Chain Operations Manager who is responsible for implementing corporate strategies regarding supply chain and customer services into EMEA.
You will collaborate multiple functions across the globe and support customers from all the markets we serve.

Job Purpose:
The Supply Chain Customer Service Manager is:
- Responsible for providing both executive level oversight and the tactical execution of Freescale s Order Management function. They will coordinate between FSL Partner WIPRO and FSL Customer Service teams.
- Driving Supply Chain vision and leadership to the Order Management teams with an emphasis on process control, positive customer experience and continuous improvement.
- A primary interface with internal/external partners and customers

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Manage the performance of Order Management Outsourcing and drive continuous improvement on Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators to achieve both service level and financial/contractual goals (responsible for Freescale Brand integrity)
- Establish a Lean Order Management process with definitive improvements in the customer experience
- Act as a key change agent and Order Management Advocate with flexibility to cut through ambiguity and develop cost effective, highly efficient enterprise solutions
- Initial point of customer contact in escalations and customer critical issues through closure utilizing effective risk and issue management techniques
- Gathers, analyzes, and summarizes data to recommend and implement solutions to complex problems at a regional and Global level.
- Identifies trends and drives change in work processes and behaviours
- Provide clear expectations and continuous feedback to employees on their performance, areas for development and career; aggressively address performance improvement issues and behaviors
- Extensive Global travel required, often short notice
- Leads projects or assignments of broader or global scope


CERINTE

Specific Knowledge/Skills:

- 6-8 years experience in related field responsibilities with minimum 3 years in supervision/project management or minimum 2 years in a Global or regional role.
- University degree (BS – bachelor in science or BA – bachelor in administration). Prefer Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Logistics, Industrial IT or Industrial Engineering
- Certifications preferred: APICS, Project Management, SAP Advanced Planning Optimization, Green or Black Belt
- Any experience that will demonstrate very good operational abilities and technical expertise in supply chain management area.
- Exceptional English skills with polished presentation and communication skills
Note: Appropriate combination of education and directly related experience will be considered if the ability to perform and meet expectations is demonstrated.
