RESPONSABILITATI

- Processing orders in JDEdwards
- Prepare all standard documents (delivery notes, proformas, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
- Customers database maintenance (archive)
- Coordinate customer questions/complaints on deliveries, retrieve nature and cause of the problem, recommend/or undertake necessary actions
- Working in close collaboration with colleagues to ensure that service delivery to the customer is of the highest standard, giving support to colleagues
- Ensuring follow-up of all issues

On behalf of its client, multinational FMCG Company, Humangest Group is searching for a young professional to fill in the position of Customer Service Assistant in the Supply Services Team.

The ideal candidate:

- Minimum 1- 2 years experience in FMCG field
- Customer service experience is a must
- Good PC skills(very good Excel knowledge it’s a must ), JDEdwards/SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Fluent knowledge of English language
