RESPONSABILITATI

Role:
Coordinates activities and resources of the Customer care team in order to ensure that team’s operational tasks are performed in agreed service level agreements and internal quality standards.
Position within the organization:
You report to the Customer Care Supervisor. As Team Leader you assist the Customer Care Supervisor with the performance of job related activities during week days.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities of Customer Care Representatives to maximize consumer satisfaction, customer loyalty, performance metrics and quality.
• Provide continuously training and coaching for the team.
• Guide and motivate the team members to improve or advance performance
• Monitor team members’ customer contacts to observe employee’s demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage/oversee staffing levels, assign duties, and examine work to meet client expectations.
• Building strong relationships with other Customer Care teams and other departments within the company.
• Evaluates the team members.
• Create activity reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


CERINTE

• Experience in Customer Support
• Fluent level of English language(written and spoken).
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Capacity to lead and good motivator;
• Excellent interpersonal relationship.
• Problem solving and team player.
