Your Activities
-Provide daily operational support to clients, via telephone and email
-Acts as a first point of contact for regular, ongoing customer accounts
-Manage and coordinate any order scheduling and prioritization requests with the supply chain organization in order to meet Client expectations
-Manage inquires coming from Client and internal departments
-Responsible for all orders and queries from the HP’s clients
-Act as “one face to the Client” to ensure his satisfaction
-Ensure close contact with country Sales team
-Claims, Escalation & Controlling
-Contribute in process improvement activities
Your Qualifications
-University Graduate
-Basic PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge
-Swedish & English at an advanced level
-Ability to prioritize workload, and manage a high volume of work with accuracy
-Excellent communication skills
-Costumer oriented attitude
