The role: Curriculum Manager with English and French (remote position, determined period)

The Curriculum Manager has overall accountability for a curriculum of existing courses. This individual is responsible understanding all aspects of courses within the curriculum including maintenance schedules, delivery requirements and third-party dependencies. The Curriculum Manager works with course sponsors and subject matter experts to obtain course content updates, manages the maintenance schedule, and coordinates with the instructional system design (ISD) team to complete course revisions. This individual writes instructional content for course deliverables based upon revised design documents or other client approved revisions. The Curriculum Manager will gather course data and provide summary reporting to customer leadership and the Learning and Development (L&D) group. Personal organization and communication skills are essential to delivering top quality training deliverables and superior customer service within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage course refresh/maintenance schedules
• Identify and prioritize content updates with course sponsors
• Validate content revisions with subject matter experts
• Support instructional designers and subject matter experts with course updates and evaluation tasks
• Complete minor updates to course content based on client approved revisions (web-based learning, instructor-led training, virtual training sessions)
• Coordinate maintenance activities with vendors providing off-the-shelf products or third-party content
• Ensure proper course hand-off between L&D and Operations
• Support Learning Technology group with interpretation of Level 1 evaluation data
• Gather course statistics including consumption data and Level 1 evaluation data
• Provide interpretation and reporting of Level 1 evaluation data to various groups
• Identify customer concerns and escalate to course sponsors, subject matter experts and/or operations
• Raise quality concerns or questions to the appropriate level
• Provide status reporting to customer and L&D team


CERINTE

• BA or BS in Instructional Design or equivalent knowledge/experience is required
• Two years experience in design and development of instructional material
• Experience in learning management/training organization
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals at varying levels within an organization
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, PowerPoint and Excel skills
