RESPONSABILITATI

• Project order booking in SAP
• Opportunity booking in Siebel
• Requisitioning of all required materials/services
• Validation of PO & obtain supplier acknowledgement
• Expedite orders with engineering & supply chain
• Goods receipt of orders on delivery
• Invoice generation (attention to specific customer/country requirements)
• Follow credit approval process (including dispute resolution)
• Project Service Request creation, management and closure in Siebel
• Standard project reporting
• Monthly system updates including budget adjustments, entering/approving time, update wrongly booked time
• Change order management
• Validate new starts set up correctly in SAP
• CoE support
• Customer master data set up workflows
• Clear concise communications to Front Office, Project Organization at local level, supply chain & Project Execution Centres (PEC's)
