RESPONSABILITATI

•To analyze the business requirements specification in order to find out proper solution for implementation / customization / upgrade / integration in the designated systems;
•To act as consultant in development of the company business processes in regards to the involvement of the designated systems;
•To configure the designated systems to meet the business requirements and to assure prompt and correct implementation;
•To test new software shipments to ensure that the shipment satisfies the business requirements and to ensure the complete compatibility of the shipment with the other software packages in place;
•To provide first level of support for the users;
•To resolve in timed manner the complaints reported from the users/customers and provide feed back;
•To create/update documentation for the implementation of the features in the system as required by the office/department policy;
•To analyze and develop business requests in the area of expertise (reports, scripts, reconciliations, etc);
•To provide support and guidance to programmers by sharing knowledge about specific system in order to provide an appropriate integration solution.


CERINTE

• Technical or scientific degree/diploma in Computer Science or Software Engineering;
• At least 2 years general experience; interaction with CRM systems in an IT or Customer Care department is also needed; Siebel is a plus;
• Preferable knowledge of GSM technology and services;
• Basic knowledge of SQL used in last 2 years;
• Proven experience and involvement in customer related projects, together with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Analytical thinking; good problem solving skills;
• Able to prioritize tasks;
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
