CRM Specialist
For our client, an international pharmaceutical company we are looking for a CRM Specialist.
The CRM Specialist is responsible for management of iConnect (Veeva CRM Solution) to support functions in achievement of brand goals and grow the business in line with the company goals. He/She is responsible for maintain, support and implementation of the all iConnect functionalities and new releases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Being recognized as an subject matter expert in iConnect (Veeva CRM)
• To evaluate and secure current iConnect features proper functionality (by embedding new solutions)
• Active involvement in preparation of the new iConnect functionalities deployment
• Coordinate localization of new iConnect functionalities including UAT (testing platform)
• Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing support
• Prepare and conduct all trainings of the iConnect system for all system users
• To be the contact person for the EMEA iConnect Team and keep constant dialogue with key stakeholders to secure best in class service to iConnect
• Liaise with other departments to support launch and development of critical projects
• Make sure that Marketing e-materials and key messages as well as Customer inquiries flow (Product, Medical) are updated and are well solved on iConnect adequately thanks to active cooperation of marketing and Medical Affairs teams in order to support Field Force to deliver right messages and to receive on time the answers of the inquiries
• Analyze CRM Matrix on iConnect
University degree
Knowledge of English language(high level)
Relevant working experience of 1-2 years in CRM or analytical environment
Constantly evolving knowledge about CRM strategies and tools
CRM data analytics
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, priorities, and complex systems simultaneously
Flexibility, fast adaptation, openness and pro-activity
Strong Project Management and planning skills
Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration
• Veeva CRM system experience and familiarize with ClickView, as a plus
