Job Mission:
- Strategic design, implementation plan & management of OCH corporate one2one marketing capabilities (from strategy definition to operational deployment) to enable one2one marketing deployment, corporate market facing campaigns & strategic objectives achievement
Key Tasks and Activities:
- Implement Campaign briefs in Unica systems.
Correlation analysis
- Manage data flow between source systems and business intelligence objects
- Answer customer data requests related to Customer Loyalty or Direct Marketing activities by retrieving customer data from internal systems
- Data quality control and fulfilment of Campaign process (definition, Roll out, response management, etc)
- Time to market management within Campaign deployment
- Campaign performance analysis (measurement, reporting, dashboard)
Qualifications required:
- University degree
- Ideally some years work experience, preferably in Telco BI area or Direct Marketing
- SQL: DDL (Data definition language commands)
(eg. Index, create table, create views, alter table, load commands, SQL loader¿)
- PL SQL: create ETL routines (eg. Data loading, extractions, data flattening) with professional programming experience in data warehouse area.
- ORACLE DB skill: Design simple databases; Oracle jobs scheduling based on Oracle triggers. Queries optimization
- French and German is a plus and strongly help in the integration within OCH
