RESPONSABILITATI

Support the OCH analytical CRM team in improving one to one marketing effectiveness.

Key Tasks and Activities:

1.Campaign performance reporting
2.Campaign reference data administration
3.Data aggregation and data transformation
4.Simple data extraction
5.Correlation analysis
6.Manage closed loop (output files and list generation, monitor and exchange target lists with channels, monitor fulfillment and troubleshoot process)
7.Campaign performance analysis (measurement, reporting, dashboard)


CERINTE

Qualifications required:
- University degree
- Ideally some years work experience, preferably in Telco BI area or Direct Marketing
- It is mandatory to have SQL database and statistical skills
- SQL: DDL (Data definition language commands)
(eg. Index, create table, create views, alter table, load commands, SQL loader¿)
-SPSS/Clementine or any other statistical soft
- French and German is a plus and strongly help in the integration within OCH

- Quick learner
- Independent
