ADECCO Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a multinational engineering company, a Country Sales Representative.
Responsibilities:
- establishing trade contacts with end-users (e.g. installers) in order to sell products offered by the company,
- coordination of activities of trade partners and end-users
- signing and executing agreements with trade partners,
- cooperation with company’s customers (architects, trade partners, end-users, general contractors)
- building and development of strong partnership and long-term relations with new customers of the company,
- collection of market information on planned investments to increase sales, in case of different region passing data on to the responsible person,
- collection and analysis of information on ongoing big construction projects,
- handling company’s internal CRM system
- taking actions to present and promote products and increasing brand awareness in the assigned region,
- taking care of proper and punctual reporting,
- conducting sales & marketing actions as well as searching potential end-users of company’s products,
- collection and analysis of market information on competitors’ products and operation
- increasing company’s level of competitiveness by above-mentioned actions,
- improvement of effectiveness of company’s marketing actions,
- taking actions and initiatives in order to improve own performance and company’s operation,
- professional experience - minimum 2 years of work in position of Sales Representative or:
- experience in work in a similar position at a different international company
Specialistic knowledge:
- very good language skill (English is a must, Hungarian is a big advantage),
- familiarity with rules of preparation of offers and agreements with trade partners and end-users,
- familiarity with methods of sales and promotion,
- familiarity with methods of competition and market study,
- familiarity with rules of preparation of documentation in the assigned field.
- good communication skills,
- ability to cooperate inside the team,
- ability to work under time pressure
