- Sourcing of the Country needs for all Raws&Aux materials, utilities & byproducts ensuring those materials are bought at the most favourable commercial conditions satisfying the required quality specifications, volumes, service level requirements
- Sourcing of the total StarBev needs for certain Raws&Aux materials as defined by Direct line manager, ensuring those materials are bought at the most favourable commercial conditions satisfying the required quality specifications, volumes, service level requirements
- Coordination and development of the Country Procurement team for which there is dotted line responsibility, as well as representing the Procurement function within the Country organization, liasion to the country General Manager
- Obtain most favourable commercial conditions while not compromising quality and service. Suppliers’ assessment.
- Decision making: supplier selection, choosing contract terms, type of contract – with Direct line manager approval
Universitiy degree ( preferred Economics)
Working experience of at least 5 years relevant work
Fluent in English and excellent PC knowledge
Knowledge of accounting processes and practices related to strategic procurement
Strong management skills, interpersonal and influencing skills, leadership skills, flexibility and adaptability
Strong negotiation and advanced analytical skills, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
