Cost estimator, engineer/architect
Providing of technical solutions in an early design stage for direct cost estimation
Detailing all the materials necessary for the contract to achieve specification
Preparation of direct cost estimation and technical tender - civil works
Check Bills of Quantities issued by the designer and/or Client
He/she has to have initiative to work in a fast pace environment and to be a good team player
Degree in Civil Construction or a Technical Degree with relevant experience at the position
Strong knowledge of Romanian tech. regulations
Professional experience at Technical Department
Strong organizer and deep knowledge of the technologies of construction support for the price composition
Flexibility and dynamic approach
Strong computer skills, MS Office, CAD
Good Knowledge of English (German as an advantage)
