RESPONSABILITATI

One of the world's leading financial service providers is opening a new centre in Bucharest and is looking for talented and ambitious professionals to build up the team.
As a CORE SERVICES LEAD your key responsibilities will include:

* Working along with Core Services Manager to deliver Core Services across Credit Risk;
* Delivery of Core Services from Bucharest;
* Providing status reports, dashboards and KPIs to the Core Services Manager;
* Managing and escalating issues affecting Test Environments, Releases and Remote Access;
* Being able to manage a Release if required;
* Identifying and escalating issues affecting the quality of releases;
* Identifying and managing initiatives to improve the operation of Core Services;
* Coaching, mentoring and motivating the Core Services Team in Bucharest.


CERINTE

If you have:

* Good knowledge of the technologies used – Weblogic, Unix and Oracle;
* A good understanding of the software development process and quality assurance;
* Knowledge of Best Practice for Release Management;
* Good Project Management and Delivery Skills;
* Diplomacy;
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
* Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix structure;
* Robust personality able to work calmly and well under pressure
