RESPONSABILITATI

The Core Network Product Line (Packet Switching) TAC Engineer works mainly with Huawei customers from CEE& Nordic European countries but also with product development teams, project management, marketing teams, and contractors. We are seeking a wireless telecommunication professional (WCDMA-PS) to join the TAC group who can demonstrate himself/herself as a team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills and able to work independently without any supervision. The successful candidate will utilize his/her advanced knowledge of telecommunications and excellent customer service skills in this position. Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for Huawei Core Network customers (network equipments related with PS part: SGSN, GGSN) . Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and identify network/applications issues. Provide detailed information on how to set up, configure, and upgrade Core Network products. Use various department tools, technical knowledge, lab equipment, and on-line resources for customer issue resolution. Use trouble ticket system for tracking customer interactions and issue resolution. Evaluate customers concerns and resolve problems to customer satisfaction. Follows up with customer to ensure first call resolution and achieve and deliver 100% customer satisfaction.


CERINTE

- Technical degree.
- High-level English
- Knowledge of GSM/WCDMA/CDMA Core network technologies is a plus such as fundamental understanding of wireless core network infrastructure (MSC, HLR, Soft Switch, Media Gateway and OMC) and protocols (SS7, IS41, TCP/IP, SIP, H.248, IOS 4.0/IOS 5.0)
- Experience with Huawei Core Network PS products (SGSN, GGSN)– Big advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team spirit and adaptability.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize them accordingly.
- Self-starter, capable of taking initiative to identify & resolve problems, and improve work environment.
- Strong customer service experience, technical support and troubleshooting skills.
- Generally minimum of 1 year of telecommunications customer service/ technical support experience.
