RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for advanced handling of customer service requests within the area of Core and Packet with full responsibility for lead-time and quality
He/she takes responsibility that WLA objectives that are being meet according to defined fault priority level
Communicate with sub-contractors/partners/customers as well as with various internal units and stakeholders
Analyze, isolate and solve complex fault issues as well as contribute to corrective actions


CERINTE

Documented several years of experience from advanced service and/or maintenance within the requested competence areas
Advanced knowledge in MSC (APT/APZ), HLR (APT/APZ), IOG, MGW, GGSN,SGSN.
- True customer mindset
- Excellent quality mind set
- Good communication skills.
Experience of working in a global multicultural environment
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English language is a prerequisite.
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
