Responsibilities:
- Responsible for advanced handling of customer service requests within the area of Core and Packet with full responsibility for lead-time and quality
- He/she takes responsibility that WLA objectives that are being meet according to defined fault priority level
- Communicate with sub-contractors/partners/customers as well as with various internal units and stakeholders
- Analyze, isolate and solve complex fault issues as well as contribute to corrective actions
- Manages networks and nodes within the core domain of our customers 2.5G & 3G networks (switching including MSC, MSC-Server,MGW, VOIP, ITP, STP, TSP platform, IMS etc.)
- Is responsible for performing periodic routines for keeping the 2+3G networks in a healthy state.
- To achieve maximum efficiency automates (where possible) ¿¿¿daily routine¿¿¿ activities.
- Is responsible for Fault handling and correcting them by investigating faults handed in through Trouble Tickets and system events/alarms. Major task is to restore E2E GSM & UMTS service functionality.
- Is always ahead of unwanted network behavior (capacity, performance, reliability).
- Participates in project activities, implementing / adapting (new) UMTS E2E service functionalities.

Should have experience equivalent to Level 3 or above according to the Ericsson Career Model.
An Ericsson MS Service Engineer should be assessed to B or higher on all the products listed below.

Bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent with minimum of 1 to 5 years of work experience.
