RESPONSABILITATI

• Ensures the management accounting function, managing the budgeting and business planning processes;
• Initiates and coordinates the budgeting and business planning process, establishing schedules, tools and methodology for collecting, analyzing, and consolidating data;
• Prepares and develops scenarios and sensitivity analysis considering different assumption for the annual budget and the business plan;
• Prepares monthly/quarterly/yearly management accounts, including variance analysis (actual versus budget) and commentary for budget holders;
• Provides assistance to business units’ managers with the budgeting and business planning process;
• Investigates and reports to the Company management the reasons for differences between the planned and actual results;
• Defines and updates costs centre structure;
• Prepares and develops the standard management reporting pack and other ad-hoc management reports;
• Maintains the existing budgeting process and tools, proactively improves and updates them;
• Manages the development of the future Controlling team through recruitment, training and coaching; manages the Controlling team;
• Keeps abreast of laws and regulations relating to the field of activity, maintaining his/her professional and technical knowledge and ensuring up-to-date compliance.


CERINTE

• University degree – preferable in Economics;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in management accounting/controlling;
• Relevant professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA) would be an advantage;
• Previous experience in Pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage;
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access);
• Good management & coordination, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, accurate and systematic thinking;
• High standards of quality, ethics and integrity.
