Payout Management
 Handle leasing payment received from Sales Department
 Process collateral registrations for new financing records
Archive Management
 Pass over to Collection Department the valuable document and guarantees
 Enforce the internal Archive Work Instruction (AWI)
Regular Customer Services Support
 Issuing power of attorneys
 Answering to customer solicitations via e-mail/phone/fax
Other activities
 Preparing management reports
 Assist with special projects as assigned
