RESPONSABILITATI

I. Project phase:
During an initial phase, Contract management master data will be collected centrally to form the basis for future ongoing processes. Working closely with the Contract Management Project Manager and the Legal Department, main tasks during this phase will include:
- Legal information gathering: identify and validate list of active customers; track and locate contractual documentation in the Document Management system; populate Legal database for all active contracts.
- Additional information gathering as different sources of data are integrated: liaise with various parts of the organization to collect various contract and customer updates (release version, project information, etc.); perform completeness, consistency and logical tests on data received to ensure highest quality of information is secured; update systems/databases as required in an organized and timely manner; perform unit tests / user acceptance test on various IT solutions as and when system improvements become available; provide regular feedback on progress / issues.

II. Ongoing phase:
- Maintain accurate information on existing customers, making regular updates either on a pull basis (asking parts of the organization to provide information) or on push basis (receiving spontaneous updates from the business). This will be achieved by applying strict Contract Management update procedures (to be defined during the Project phase); perform specific ad hoc reports on specific queries.
- Promote, and explain the Contract Management procedures so that they are followed rigorously throughout the Temenos Organization.
- Provide assistance in further system development tests, or information gathering phases (increase scope to acquired businesses, new contract types, etc.).


CERINTE

University degree in Finance or Accounting;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access;
- Analytical, rigorous, with great attention to details;
- English advanced level;
- Comply with designed procedures and processes.

Nice to have:
- Experience in Oracle OKS and Oracle PA;
- A good knowledge of Oracle BI;
- French, German or Spanish is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage.
