Partner’s master data maintenance
- check the partner’s data on a dedicated and approved website as per internal procedures and correctly introduce them;
- maintain master data of partners in the system (SAP) according with SOX and internal procedures
Contract management (contracts for: trading and services - freight, warehousing, survey)
- create commercial contract in SAP based on business confirmation and pre-approved templates;
- manage the hard copy of the contracts in relationship with partners;
- maintain contacts with the partners whenever is required in order to have correct information in the system related to contracts/partners
Risk management and compliance
- ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal control rules applicable for contract administrator activity;
On-going support for business
- provide reports and analysis related to the contracts
- support for Agri Logistics departments in different areas
University degree
English – advance level – spoken and written
MS Office, ERP; SAP knowledge would be a plus;
Good personal and interpersonal skills;
Positive, “can-do” attitude;
Diplomacy, tact, integrity and common sense;
Responsible, assertive and self-aware;
