Will ensure that upcoming tickets, issues and questions from Key stakeholders are handled within a timely and quality manner (SLA), which includes:
-Dealing with day to day requests & issues in content management
-Providing reports and metrics regularly / per request & reporting daily status on operations
-Supporting Team Lead in running the operations (improvement proposals, notify of potential risks etc.)
-Participate special projects (migrations, rollouts etc.)
-Good knowledge of HTML required
-Preferred additional skills would be XML, CSS, any other web technologies, knowledge of scripting languages, databases, object-oriented programming
-English is a must, any other language is a plus
Positive attitude, good team skills and willingness to learn will carry far.
Must have patience, as this job requires sometimes painstaking attention to small details
EDUCATION:Information management preferred but it's not mandatory
