- To answer to all incoming calls received through call center telephone lines within the established working hours;
- To perform all kinds of outgoing calls (promotional calls, card activation calls, greeting calls, database conversions)
- Offers explanations/ advice/guiding to potential/existing customers of the bank
- Other call center specific activities.
- University degree or student, preferably in Economics;
- Good knowledge of English ( spoken and written);
- MS Office knowledge;
- Communicative person, team-player spirit, customer oriented;
- Availability for working in shifts;
- Capacity to deal with customers over the phone;
- Problem solving attitude, pro-active person.
