RESPONSABILITATI

- Receipt of incoming post, invoices, other documents, scanning/forwarding to responsible for authorization, register of the post;
- Booking of incoming/outgoing invoices;
- Checking and booking all documents related to travel expenses;
- Booking of credit card payments;
- Organizes cash receipts and bank deposit;
- Booking assets, depreciation, purchase of investment, sale of investment, liquidation;
- Calculation and booking of exchange rate differences;
- Collecting of documents for judicial enforcement file (reminders, invoices, delivery notes, post confirmation);
- Balance sheet accounts inventory for annual closing;
- Approve sales orders in accordance with existing procedures;
- Permanently checking customer creditworthiness;
- Inform ASM about overdue invoices and if necessary send to client official payment request;
- Sending confirmation letters to customers/suppliers for audit purpose;
- Creating monthly VAT report(declaration 300);monthly VIES report(declaration 390);Monthly 394 report;
- Payment (suppliers,salary,taxes);
- Year end closing - statutory calculation of cooperate tax return and notes to tax return;
- Creating monthly environment report;
- Exceptional recordings for stock (guaranty,scrap stock);
- Communication with insurance agencies, negotiating particular cases;
- P&L analysis of variances versus budget;
- Balance sheet analysis of variances versus budget;
- Monthly financial report (sales&margin, rolling forecast, liquidity, overdue customers);
- Calculation and booking of salaries;
- Calculation of demand on meal tickets, ordering of meal tickets, sending the tickets to employees, booking entries connected to meal tickets;
- Coordination of legal work safety duty, health examinations etc;
- Creating of intrastat report;


CERINTE

- Degree in Accountancy;
- Minimum 3 years experience in Accountancy;
- Very good Excel knowledge;
- Advanced in English;
- Numerical and quantitative skills;
- Problem-solving and analytical ability, attention to details;
- Business awareness;
- Team player;
