RESPONSABILITATI

Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings of both qualitative and quantitative research into written text.
Conducting univariate and multivariate analyses
Seek and provide information to help the company determine its position in the marketplace.
Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction.
Attend staff meetings to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products or services.
Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
Direct trained survey interviewers.


CERINTE

Masters or PhD in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Social/Behavioral Sciences, or related field required
Thorough understanding of the psychological, social, and perceptual theories that influence marketing, advertising, and communication effectiveness.
At least 5 years of market research industry experience evaluating the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communication efforts required
Academic and applied experience with a wide array of new product, brand, advertising and customer satisfaction research methodologies
Demonstration of strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member
Advanced knowledge of analyzing and forecasting tools in Microsoft Excel software applications
