Your role:
Draw Job descriptions; screen the CVs of the applicants, host interviews;
Head-hunting;
Implement the selection and evaluation techniques, deliver candidate reports, test the candidates;
Counsel candidates regarding their career development;
Provide administrative tasks,
And much more!!!
How should you look like?
Dedicated in all you do, friendly, enthusiastic and energetic;
You should have some previous experience in recruitment(preferably 6 months -1 year);
Highly competitive, you don¿t accept NO for an answer;
You have a winner attitude, you are self-confident but not arrogant;
Very optimistic, with a positive attitude, you always find a way to solve a problem;
Communicative, creative, open-minded, self-motivated;
With a strong sense of reality, with ¿the feet on the ground¿;
You have a great desire to learn and develop;
Trustful, as we want to trust you and rely on you;
Of course, proficient with Windows, Office, Internet user;
English (advanced level) is a must; a second or third language is welcomed;
